Legal Certification

Ri.ma.tec. S.r.l. obtained its legal rating on 12 November 2019, according to art. 2 para. 1 of the Rule Book adopted by the Guarantor Authority of Market and Competition. Resolution no.27165 15 May 2019.

SOA Certificate

SOA is a mandatory certification needed to participate in tenders for public contracts.
The document is necessary and sufficient to demonstrate (to the tender commission) the company’s ability to carry out (both directly or indirectly through subcontracting) public Works. SOA Certification attests and guarantees that the construction company complies with all the expected requirements as stated in the Public Contract Regulation:

• Category OG1 class. III bis: Civil and industrial buildings
• Category OS7 class. II: Finishing of general construction and technical works
• Category OS8 class. II: Waterproofing works

UNI ISO 45001 - 2018 Certificate

UNI ISO 45001 Certificate attests the Company’s resolution to make working spaces safe and secure from risks, protecting personnel and guaranteeing the maximum respect for the health of employees.
The goal of the Managing System for Work Safety is to guarantee that workers operate in complete safety, in a healthy environment and as free from health hazards as possible.

UNI EN ISO 9001 Certificate 2015

UNI EN ISO 14001 Certificate 2015

ISO 14001 identifies a technical regulation of the International Regulating Organisation (ISO) on environmental management systems (SGA), which establishes all environmental management requirements for any type of organisation. It is part of the ISO 14000 Regulations developed by the ISO/TC 207 Technical Committee. These regulations can serve as a certification, auto-declaration or simply as a guideline to establish, implement and improve an environmental management system.
